Some information about your doctor...

Kids, kids, kids are the three most important words in Dr. Levitt's career. He is a Ear, Nose and Throat specialist for kids, or a Pediatric Otolaryngologist. He is Board Certified and has been in practice for over 20 years. After graduating from the Bronx High School of Science, and then New York University, he completed his M.D. degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey (UMDNJ). As a resident at UMDNJ in the field of Otolaryngology (ENT), his love for the treatment and care of children continued as he completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Dr. Levitt's training and skill in practicing surgical and medical treatments were rewarded when he was chosen as the Director of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center as well as the Director of Otolaryngology at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. He is also a Clinical Professor of Surgery at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and is the sole Consulting Pediatric Otolaryngologist for Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, New Jersey. He is one of the founding father of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, which started with only 80 members in the United States and has now grown to close to a thousand. I am proud to be both a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons--FACS, as well in the American Academy of Pediatrics--FAAP.

As you can see... kids kids kids: his practice has been limited to the care of these precious people.

Pediatric Hearing Center

In Dr. Levitt's practice, there is a certified and licensed audiologist who is also highly skilled in the use of a variety of pediatric assessment techniques to diagnose hearing impairment in newborns and children of all ages.  Since learning and speech developments can be adversely affected by hearing problems in young children, early identification and treatment are essential.

DR. LEVITT PARTICIPATES WITH MOST INSURANCE PLANS!
